2. During the project

        (a) Receive invoices

        (b) Submit Payments

        (c) Consultants track payments


2. (a) You will receive an email with an invoice (pdf) once the consultant submits time or expenses related to a specific milestone through this platform

Deliverables-based contracts - you will receive an invoice once the consultant has indicated that a deliverable has been completed

Time and materials contracts - you will receive an invoice at the end of each payment period, which is typically a month


2. (b) You may submit payment in one of two ways: electronic bank transfer or mailed check


2. (c) Consultants can track state of payments in their unique 'Time' and 'Expenses' tabs

Note: Multiple time and expense records may be associated with the same milestone.
