it takes a village to drive change.

Catalyst:Ed is unlocking the collective expertise in the sector to help education organizations innovate, excel and scale. We inform and connect education leaders - the change makers - with the top management and education talent they need for their short-term, mission-critical needs. In the process, we are democratizing access to expertise, amplifying the impact of the sector’s brightest talent and redefining the limits of organizational capacity.

Calling DEI Experts

Do you have deep expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) or are you a race equity practitioner? Are you committed to helping leaders infuse more DEI in their organizations and work?

We’ve learned so much about this work since we first launched the DEI Expert Hub, and we are excited to open up a new round of expert intake! And this time, we are partnering with Equity in the Center to broaden our expert intake process to include DEI experts who bring race equity expertise from across the social sector.

INTRODUCING CE:EXCHANGE

The Catalyst:Ed Exchange is a powerful resource for foundations that want to provide their grantees with access to high-impact technical assistance supports, while also supporting peer-to-peer connections and learning. Our approach is rooted in our belief that grantees know their needs and contexts best, and must have agency to decide what supports they need and which technical assistance providers to work with. To support good decision-making, they also need viable options, verified information, a structured process and unbiased guidance.

meet our newest experts!

Twice a year, CE opens up our expert network to individuals and teams from all over the country. After a rigorous process consisting of an application, a video interview, and reference checks, we accept candidates with expertise in one or more areas of relevance to education organizations.

Despite the complexities involved in reviewing the applications, coordinating the interviews, and managing the reference check process, running this selection process is one of the highlights of the year for us. Getting to know individuals and teams with deep expertise, years of experience in education, and a fiery commitment to their work is inspiring and fills us with optimism about our collective ability to realize real change. We can’t wait to share our excitement with you. We invite you to explore our interactive charts and learn more about our Fall 2018 cohort.
